    • A construction company in 6 arbitration claims before CAM Santiago against a property company for default on lump sum construction contracts (US$41 million).
    • National shareholders in an agro-industrial company in an arbitration under CAM Santiago against a French partner for default on a shareholders agreement (US$5 million).
    • Property owners in an arbitration under CAM Santiago against a property developer for default on a purchase promise (US$6.5 million).
