Juan Sebastián has been with OVB since its foundation and a partner since 2016. He has a prestigious record in competition law, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious procedures before the Court of Competition Defense and the Supreme Court, in investigations by the National Prosecutor, in individual and class actions for damage indemnities related to competition and consumer protection, in addition to the implementation of compliance plans in companies and the preparation of legal opinions.

 

He represents clients from diverse productive sectors like pharmaceuticals, forestry, energy, agroindustry, transportation, finance and the securities market, regulated markets and the media.
