Sernac announced this Wednesday morning an agreement with Cruz Verde and Salcobrand to compensate customers affected by the pharmacy collusion.  This brings a successful end to a class action filed by Sernac against Salcobrand and other pharmacies.

 

Sernac filed a class action in 2013 seeking compensation for the victims of collusion to raise the prices of diverse products. Now close to 53 thousand consumers will each receive around 22 thousand pesos in compensation.

 

The attorneys representing Salcobrand were the partners in OVB, Nicolás Vergara, Juan Sebastián Valdés and Diego Navarrete.
